Progress Bar

The CloudBilling Management Portal shows a progress bar along the bottom of the screen. This progress bar shows information about the status of the environment and what the system is currently processing.

Input

Number of queued purchases

Before purchases appear in the management portal, they are uploaded to CloudBilling. Purchases enter a queue from which they will be imported. This number shows the amount of purchases that are pending in the queue.

Number of purchases imported

This number shows the amount of purchases that have been imported over the past month.

Processing

Number of invoices processing

This number shows the amount of invoices that are currently being processed. These can be found from the Invoices screen by filtering on the statuses: PENDING, INVOICING, CALCULATING.

Number of invoices pending approval

This number shows the amount of invoices for which the billing end date has passed, but are not in a finalised state. These invoices should be either approved or closed as part of the periodic billing workflow.

Output

PDFs processing

This number shows the amount of transformation results that are currently being processed.

E-mails ready to send

This number shows the amount of message results, as part of message runs, that have yet to be sent.
